Background

Stream Data Centers’ second data center in Elk Grove Village, Illinois (aka Chicago II) is a 226,000 SF facility that provides 32 MW of critical capacity. Stream acquired the site, and launched development in 2020, and initiated phase one commissioning in 3Q22. In 2023, the site was fully leased by a few select cloud providers and hyperscale tenants.
